Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Follows up via telephone with all applicable service customers within 3-4 daysof service date to ensure customer satisfaction, Develops and monitors the results of a dealership customer service questionnaire, reconciles daily parts tickets, accounts receivable follow up phone calls, and general administrative duties. Qualified candidates will possess: excellent Microsoft Excel and Word Skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, experience in a fast paced office environment, a positive attitude, and be a team player.
