Purchased a 13 GMC Acadia. It was located at a dealer in KY and the salesman Greg knew I didn't want a lot of miles on the vehicle so he had it tailored to your dealership. He worked very well with us. At no time, either by him or the finance person Jason, did we ever feel pressured or irritated. It was a great buying experience. You have a very professional staff. Tina was very helpful in finding the exact GMC Terrain we were looking for. She made sure that it was the exact options we requested. She explained everything in detail and Jason in finance also did an excellent job explaining all of my options. Bret even introduced himself and talked some about my trade-in. We would tell everyone to go see Derrik at Raisors! He was great and was able to get us into a 2013 GMC Acadia! We orginally met Derrik last year in March and got a GMC Terrain. We found out in August we were pregnant and quickly found that the Terrain was too small! Now that we have completed our family we needed something bigger! We knew Derrik would help and sure enough he did!!!

I always use this dealership & Bill Draper has sold us 6 vehicles now. I got a GM (cadillac) this time which is unusual since we are Ford people but thanks to the knowledge and expertise of Bill we are able to get a Cadillac (we've always dreamed of having a luxury car) for just a little more than my Ford Escape payment was. Everyone is great at both the GM and Ford dealerships & service depts!

My husband and I were very worried about purchasing a vehicle related to our credit and our trade in vehicle. Upon arriving at Mike Raisor Ford we were greeted by Shad Scott and we were very comfortable. Shad and the financial counselor worked with us to figure out what we could afford and what would suit our family best. We ended up getting a car that we are very pleased with and did not feel pressured to buy just any car. Shad made it a very stress free process and we felt great getting to sign the paperwork and leave with our vehicle. The atmosphere, staff, and the bonuses we received definitely made it an excellent experience and we will be back to see Shad Scott at Mike Raisor Ford for our future purchases.

Just got my 2013 Mustang GT, with the help of Ed Pietsch at Mike Raisor Ford. Car is absolutely awesome, can't get enough of it. The car was ordered, so I got exactly what I wanted. The order and purchase process were flawless. Ed was very... knowleadgeable about the car, and he is a very approachable guy too. Kept me in the loop every step of the way, and worked hard so I could chase all rebates I was entitled to. I got a quote for my trade using e-mails / pictures, and the closing process was great - no surprises along with an interest rate better than what I would have gotten through Ford credit. Best car purchase I've ever had, for sure.

I know zip-zero-nada about automobile repair. I had a business associate recommend Mike Raisor Ford's service center and decided to try them out (even though I have a Dodge Caravan). Wow! They have taken great care of both my Van and my wife's PT Cruiser. When my transmission went out last year they really went to bat for me with the extended warranty company and after 2 weeks and several inspection the replacement transmission only cost me $75.00 (my deductible). They always give me the strait story and I never feel like I'm getting jerked around. Thanks Adam!
   

So this review is about the Mike Raisor Pre-Owned Center: I bought a VW Tiguan in September; it was a very pleasant and straightforward experience. I felt very well treated and the car was in excellent condition (and still is) They did a good job with calling me to remind me of appointments and they will also call you after the purchase to make sure everything is OK! Since I went to a different dealer with a friend I can sort of compare this experience to the one at Mike Raisor and I have to say that I was even more impressed with Mike Raisor and their level of professionalism! They also made sure that the manufacturer guarantee was transferred to me and since I needed the title a little bit faster than usually they expedited the delivery and I had it within 2 or 3 days which is amazing! All in all, a very good and pleasant experience!
   

I had an excellent experience with this dealership. I hate buying cars from dealers. I had been in communication with three other dealerships the week before going to Mike Raisor. The only reason I found them is because one dealership in St. Louis told me they were the cheapest in 250 miles. They were wrong. Not only did Mike Raisor have better prices, they had MUCH better service. Other dealerships treated me as if they were doing me a favor by selling me a car. Mike Raisor acted like they wanted my business. I drove 3 hours to go test drive a car. The car was new to the lot and had not been detailed and needed to go through a certification process. I bought the vehicle and it was delivered to my doorstep (in another state) in two days. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

Viewed the auto we were searching for on CARS.com and sent an inquiry to the dealership. Received a fast response that the vehicle was still available. We left our home on Friday evening at 11 p.m. and arrived at the dealership at 8 a.m. the next morning...482 miles! We were very pleased the vehicle was in the showroom and the salesman moved it out for a test-drive. Two hours later, we were driving back to Missouri with the car. The buying experience was excellent. A very professional group of salespeople.

Ed Pietsch took the time that I required (which was a LOT) to thoroughly answer each of my questions. The nice thing was that if he didn't know the answers to my questions he got me in contact with the people who did. And if they didn't know the answers, he did the research for me and was truly a HUGE help. I know that I was a major pain in the butt with Ed, with all the detailed questions I posed to him, but he handled each one with care and patience. What I really enjoyed about Ed is that he wasn't overly pushy and yet when he disagreed with me or my comments he was polite with his response. Ed also really sold me on the service he can provide for me in the event my truck were to have any problems and sold the value of Mike Raisor Ford. AAA+++ Sales person (Ed Pietsch) and a Triple A plus dealership..Mike Raisor Ford AAA+++ all the way around. definitely be going back to purchase our next vehicle.

We just purchased a new 2011 F150 from Mike Raisor Ford. Ed Nartowicz was our salesman and he made our truck shopping experience a pleasant one. Ed is not a pushy salesman and that we like. He was very patience with us when finding the truck that would fit our needs. By doing that he had to find one for us from another dealer and he didn't mind at all. We are grateful for that, because we were able to buy a truck that was right for us. We appreciated him taking the time like he did to explain all the features on the truck. He even took the time with us to answer questions we had about the truck. So if you're thinking of buying a new vehicle anytime soon I highly recommend going to Mike Raisor Ford and asking for Ed Nartowicz.

We went into Mike Raisor Ford because we were unsure what to do with our credit and trade-in. We were greeted at the door by Shad Scott and immediately he made us feel comfortable. We explained our situation and he helped us find the perfect vehicle for our family. He wasn't pushy and we were able to get our new car and be on our way. The other staff in the facility were equally pleasant and the woman in charge of the financial aspect was very nice as well. Overall we were not only pleased with the customer service and selection, but our new car and the bonuses we received.

Adam Lucas, service advisor at Mike Raisor Ford in Lafayette was very kind and helpful in getting my Ford Expedition back in perfect condition! Adam was full of answers and knowledge on what was wrong with the blower motor issue on my Ford; he set me up with an appointment right away and within two days I was back in perfect shape! I highly recommend Adam if you have questions or concerns with your vehicle.

Adam Lucas, service advisor, at Mike Raior Ford Mazda service department is the best!! Adam is very honest, helpful, and treats everyone fairly. He attended to the needs of my 2011 F-150 and assured me the truck would be taken care of. I received a phone call several hours later, (as he promised me) to inform me that all my husband's truck needed was an update to fix the sync issue. He sent the shuttle over to my place of employment to pick me up and take me back to Mike Raisor. My husband and I only go to Mike Raisor dealerships because we always have great service. I also send my female friends to Adam Lucas in the service department because I know he is not like the "typical" service guy that trys to sell services that are not needed. Great Job Adam Lucas!

Jay Mason is the man to see!!! I can t say enough about this guy. I have purchased 2 vehicles from him and both times he has went above and beyond to make my experience great. Really never considered purchasing a car from Raisor s until I stopped to look just for fun a few years ago, long story short, we ended up buying a Ford Freestyle. I was SO impressed that I recently purchased a Jeep Larado from Raisor s. I will continue going to them for my auto needs as long as Jay s around. Great, great,salesman!!!

I have taken all three of my vehicles (two Dodges & one Ford) to Mike Raisor Ford (MRF)for service work since 2006. Everyone at MRF has treated me like family. They are extremely friendly and helpful. I know they will only repair what needs to be repaired. The prices are fair and the quality of work has been excellent. I recommend MRF every chance I get because they do a great job and treat me like family. Without reservation, I trust the folks at MRF to do the work right and at a fair price.
