The Mike Raisor Automotive Group recognizes the concerns that our customers might have in regard to COVID-19. Though all of the retail locations throughout the Mike Raisor Automotive Group maintain a high standard in cleanliness and sanitation, we wanted our customers to be aware of the additional measures that we are taking to ensure their (and our) safety.

  • At the start and end of each work shift, each sales and service desk are sanitized with disinfectant wipes by staff members.

  • We have hand sanitizer at locations throughout the showroom and service writing areas for our customers use.

  • Reduced physical contact with others and maintaining safe social distances when conducting business (i.e., handshakes)

  • We have informed and educated our staff on the recommendations passed down from the CDC in regards to keeping themselves safe and healthy (up to and including staying home in the event that they do not feel well). Those employees that are displaying any symptoms will be asked to return home.

We will continue to monitor the situation as time moves on and we will be sure to update you as changes are made within our organization.

Raisor Rapid Retail - Online structuring of your deal from any of the Mike Raisor Automotive Group vehicle details page
  • Select your vehicle
  • Select how you would like to purchase (lease or finance)
  • Get a value on your trade powered by Kelley Blue Book
  • Complete and submit an application for financing
Virtual Test Drives - If you have not already had a chance to get behind the wheel of your vehicle of choice, or would simply like a different look, request a Virtual Test Drive and one of our team members will perform a video walk-around showing you the highlights of the vehicle as well as any areas that you may specify wanting to see

Complimentary Delivery - We will delivery your new vehicle and any necessary paperwork to your home to eliminate the need to come out into public

Service Courtesy Pick-Up and Drop-Off - Give us a call prior to your appointment to check for available pick-up and drop-off options

  •    Customers will be asked prior to pick up if they or anyone in their household is ill. We will not be able to provide these services if any illness is present
Dedicated Service Drop-Off Locations - Feel free to use any of our after-hours drop-off locations around the automotive group and we will keep you informed of the status of your vehicle as service is completed
